Are men and women equal?

Well,by my opinion this question needs to be more specific.If there is job that are possible for both I think yes.They are equal.Men can do something that women cannot and they are completing each other.That´s the thing of jobs.The thing of relationship is more complicated.Women rule here for sure.She will make you feel guilty enough to say "Sorry" before she does.Also women are more succesful in school or job.I am pretty sure of that,but that´s only my opinion.What about you?
